TEYOLIA means "that which emanates life" in Nahuatl. It is the will, vital energy, and spirit of the heart. Founded by Maa'Eyra, this indigenous-owned shop is a direct reflection of her culture and traditions, embodying centuries of heritage from the continent our ancestors call Anahuac.

TEYOLIA was born from a deep reverence for the traditional medicine and ancestral practices of Mexico. Founded by Maa'Eyra, our shop is a bridge between the ancient world and modern life. Maa'Eyra carries the wisdom of traditional native indigenous medicine, shared with her through generations of family and ancestors.
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us face pressures and stressors that feel disconnected from nature. Maa'Eyra’s diverse background allows her to understand these modern challenges and address them through the methods of her ancestors. By sharing the essences of nature through our handmade goods—from sacred copal to family-recipe salt scrubs—we aim to invite and enhance harmony in your life and home.
Maa'Eyra is also the owner of an animal sanctuary with donkeys, horses, dogs, and cats. Most of these animals were rescued from abusive, inhumane living conditions, and given the opportunity to live a peaceful life filled with care, attention, and love.
50% of the profit from sales at Teyolia website is used for the care of the animals living in the sanctuary and donations to other animal rescue organizations.
Our mission is the care of ancestral traditions, the care of Mother Earth through sustainable practices, and the dedicated care and protection of rescued animals in our sanctuary.
TEYOLIA is committed to protecting and caring for our planet in return for all the greatness she gives to us. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging and shipping materials, which are carefully chosen to be reusable, recyclable, or biodegradable:
